For residents.
Someone in your building got a code for Knock and sent it to you. Here is what you need to know, with no sales pitch.

- What is this?
- A private bulletin board for your building: committee updates, things neighbours are sharing, and parking spots sitting empty. All in one place, without scrolling a WhatsApp group.
- Who sees what gets posted?
- Only people in your building: your neighbours, the committee, and anyone the building gives a role, such as the front desk. There is no directory of buildings, no search, and no way to join without a code from the building itself.
- Will this spam me?
- No. There's one notification budget for the whole app. Most things wait quietly behind an unread badge, and only genuinely urgent things push.
- Do I have to take part?
- No. You can just read. Nobody can see whether you read something, and nobody can make you post anything.
- What if I don't want to share my parking spot?
- Nothing happens. Sharing a spot is your call, every single time. It is not a standing sign-up, and nothing can make you feel bad about it.
- How do I get in?
- Someone in the building gives you a code. That's it. No paperwork, and no checks with the committee.
- What does it cost me?
- Nothing. Residents never pay for Knock, not now and not later.
Knock isn't here to sell you anything. It's here so the neighbour who can help knows that help is needed.
