KnockBook a call

FAQ.

Short, blunt, no marketing voice.

Do we have to stop using WhatsApp?
No. The WhatsApp group stays exactly as it is. Knock doesn't replace it. It replaces its operational use.
What if only 20 people install it?
That's enough. The moment the committee posts a first announcement, everyone who installed has already received something worth having. No network effect required: one committee member is enough to make it useful.
What if our building has no committee?
Right now, Knock works through an active committee, which invites the building and approves setup. Without a committee, there's no way to start.
Can we export our data and leave?
Yes. Deletion and export cover every module in one request, and you can turn the service off at any time.
Does it open the gate?
No. Nothing in the app controls a gate or physical entry to the building.
Do residents pay?
No. Residents never pay for Knock, ever.
Is there a chat?
No, on purpose. Comments underneath a post are exactly what turns a group unusable. No comments means nobody argues at midnight, and nobody has to scroll thirty replies to find the actual information.
