How it fits together.

A real timeline, not a vague promise. Every step says who does it.

  1. Before launchUs

We create the building, load the resident roster, and verify spot labels against the actual signage.

  2. We train two admins, and brief the front desk.

  3. We recruit 5 to 20 seed households, so the app isn't empty on day one.

  4. Launch dayThe building

The committee posts the first announcement. A notice goes up in the lobby, and the code is shared in the group.

  5. First two weeksUs

Front-desk-assisted signup for residents who need help: the less technical half of the building.

  6. Month oneUs

A summary you can put in front of the AGM: how many took part, how many hours were shared, and how many disputes there were.

The committee's first action is writing an announcement, not standing up a system.

We're choosing our first buildings.

Knock is new, and we'd rather set up three buildings properly than thirty badly. So we run each pilot ourselves, end to end. The committee can turn it off at any time and take their data with them, and the WhatsApp group stays exactly as it is.
